So some time ago when i was playing my new modded version of Fallout New Vegas everything was going fine and everything was good but that is until i got the new version of the stutter remover it all worked fine until i updated to the new version, you see i used to have the old version and it worked perfect, and then i saw the new updated version so i got that, but after playing for a while i started to see some huge FPS Lag, my frames would be at above 30 to 50 FPS but the game would lag as if the game dropped to 1 or 2 FPS, but my FPS would still be above 30 to 50 FPS, i thought it was a problem with my save file, so i reloaded to my previous save from like an hour ago, it worked but after an hour, the same thing started happening, i removed the Stutter Remover completely after that and the game was fine, the stutter occurs a lot now, but whenever i install the Stutter Remover, the game does the same thing over and over.

Does anyone have a clue on whats going on?
