So i have a small problem, i am using this mod called D.C Moods, which is kind of an ENb but more performance friendly and well i am not quite sure if it is an ENB, but here is what it says on the page.

_no specularity change on objects or reflection on ground, to simulate wet materials,
_no particle effects when raindrops hits the ground,
_rain drops only spawn close to player no raindrops beyond.
_If it snows, then the environment might become white covered with snow, and there's no way i know to achieve this ...

I mean if it cannot be realistic enough to make the illusion i'd rather let it go, because i'm not convinced by other mods that did this.

Anyways my problem is that whenever i level up, get a pop up message such as a DLC or wait or just in general when that menu pops up this happens.

Bug:

It looks like my monitor is lagging and is slowing down, but outside of that menu it all works perfect.

Anyone know the solution?

You can lock this topic now.

To add, one of two solutions:

1. Remove ENB completely and install the non-ENB version of D.C. Moods with patches; or

2. (Preferred) Disable Steam Overlay to prevent conflict with ENB.

Yea man it was the Steam Overlay that was causing that menu glitch, kind of a same because now i cant post screenshots.
