Basically you can take npcs to a torture room and kill them brutally. Stuff like a room full of bear traps or a shot gun to the head or balls? or something like that just to get rid of those ass hole's of the waste land.

A specific request, and one that sounds just a tad shady. Can't say I don't want one though. Totally want a torture room for my sadistic characters(more commonly known to you as "those assholes of the wasteland").

You can already do this to people in Fallout

But go download the house of horrors mod. Might be something you enjoy in there
