Found Solution:
The problem was the [ReduceSystemMemoryUsage] option, that enables ENBoost. I set this [false] and [EnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=true]. You only can do this on high end pc, cause you have no ENBoost and your GPU have to handle it all by itself. (4+ VRAM are recommended, said Boris)
The strange thing is, the FPS Drops are complete gone and i got +5FPS in general. Now I have about 45-55.

Hi everyone,

could you pls help me with a problem of getting random fps drops. (-10/15) for 1 sec.

The only mods that I have installed are UHQ Texture Packs and without an enb i have about 80-90 FPS.
With enb i have 30-50 FPS and with random Fps drops to around 20 FPS, and it grind my gears.
Especially in the sewers.

I have an optimus laptop, so i have to use the injector version of the enb´s. (Currently Rudy ENB)
Updated 4GB exe + NVSE are installed and are fully functional.

Looking for ini tweaks and enb tweaks without decrease the visuals. Tweaks that increases the useable power of my specs


It should be possible with my specs to realize the full potential.
Hope you guys understand my problem and I am grateful for any help.

My specs:
16GB RAM + 4GB VRAM

I´ve uninstalled all the texture Mods and i´m still geting those stutters with the ENB.
If i look for example in a secific corner of the sewers, my Fps drops dramatically from 50 to 20. Always in the exact positions.
WHY? No clue what the heck is going on there. This happens in certain areas of the map.

Had this problem to awhile back , fixed it by using different enb binaries ( downgrade a version preferable or upgrade a version , not to much versions)

And which enb are you running ? Some will hit your fps hard , disable some of the effects like depth of field or adaption.

I tested around 10 Enb´s the last couple days and all of it had the same issue. The random FPS drops.

If i disable some effects, then i get +5FPS in general, BUT the drops are still there and it does not matter whether it go from 60 to 30 FPS or 50 to 20 FPS. There is still this massive lag.

DOF are one of the feature that are a must have for me. I use currently Rudy Enb.

Try to disable AO and detailed shadows.

have detailed shadows always disabled and tested more than just AO to disable. Those lags still happen.


I think I need the INI Files of an experienced user with a high end PC. So i can see what ini tweaks he made, to make my game run smoother.
What changes should i make in the enb files, that it works better with my system?

Thank you it helps a lot!. you can also turn off EnableAdaptation and EnableDepthofField in the enbmenu and steam overlay. And for people who have not a really good high end pc maybe this helps too.
