Won't happen. Seriously. If Valve still doesn't have a missing arm and leg from that whole debacle, then I don't know what it will take to ensure they don't pull another stunt like that again. Basically, when you come in between the many modding communities and their favorite game, you get a backlash from the depths of Oblivion. I'd like to think Valve/Bethesda learned that lesson pretty quickly. |

The 'paid mods' thing was a partnership between Bethesda and Valve. They agreed to try this together... it wasn't Valve acting on their own while Bethesda sat back silently. When it exploded in their face like an overcooked hot pocket, Bethesda issued this statement. After discussion with Valve, and listening to our community, paid mods are being removed from Steam Workshop. Even though we had the best intentions, the feedback has been clear – this is not a feature you want. Your support means everything to us, and we hear you. |

| Paid modding may have been removed for now. However Valve recently updated their return policy and if you note the "refunds on downloadable content" paragraph it looks like Valve's policy is being updated for another attempt at monetizing modding. Here is a link to the article I am talking about. http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds |

He's there in both the scene with the power armor guarding the gate and where people are trying to get into the Vault itself. I have some theories about that and the Memory Den being connected, but I haven't seen this little bit pointed out in this thread yet. There is? Can you screencap this? So we already found easter eggs, nice! I think the city looks like sanctuary from borderlands 2 and by the way, If the main protagonist is the father of the baby means we can only play as a male character _________________ Nexus: TheAfterKing - My Achievements:

| Yeah, just like Skyrim the character you see is just a placeholder. You can be anything you want, just as in Skyrim. _________________ "Sheogorath is already inside each of us. You have already lost." |

I already thought about that to , but one thing I don't understand, in the trailer they are standing on the vault en die because of the nuke, it is so confusing... _________________ Nexus: TheAfterKing - My Achievements:

| Whats with people saying "the father is main character" or that the baby is the main character? Get a grip people, after the bombs fell do you know how long before the first Vaults could open to reveal "livable" conditions? Not to mention the main character might be 18+, civilization apparently went on to rebuild... So let me just put this in numbers. 2077 - Bombs drop 2161 - Fallout 1 begins 2197 - Fallout Tactics begins 2208 - FOBOS begins 2241 - Fallout 2 begins 2277 - Fallout 3 begins 2281 - Fallout New Vegas beginsThe ONLY chance, and its small, for the main character to be the baby from the reveal trailer is if they'd have cryo sleep in Vault 111. And please remember that if Mr. House looked like this after cryosleep Then the chances of the main character being all handsome/attractive after cryo for so long... |

Then the chances of the main character being all handsome/attractive after cryo for so long... He lives inside a self-contained life support unit, not cryosleep, he went into a coma after several system crashes as well before the events of FNV, so it's clear that it's not cryosleeping. Informations taken from the wiki. Also, some vaults can be opened after 20 years after the bomb fell, i.e: Vault 76 and Vault 3. |

| Okay so I would like to point out to the people who say Fallout 4 is to alive looking. What you guys want is a permanent wasteland and that Fallout new vegas was to alive but remember that the good ending to fallout 3 was cannon. So ever since fallout 3 we, the players have been rebuilding humanity it is not supposed to be a major apocalypse anymore the wasteland will not always be a wasteland unless somewhere in fallout 4 we launch a ton of nukes. Just something I wanted to get of my chest |

Actually House was not in a full Cryo sleep he was fully conscious and aware, cryo pretty much puts the body in a state of pause, where House was awake, fully aware. _________________ AAA Environment Artist & Modeler, US Army Combat Vet, Full Sail University Alumni |

| My personal theory for fallout 4 is that the father died but the Institute recreated him filled in some memories but him in a cryogenic chamber and put him in vault 111 and released him as a sleeper agent into the wasteland without the father ever knowing. Just a guess. |

| I know skyrim isn't fallout related but i'm talking map wise. Do you think fallout 4 is going to live up to people's expectation. |

| Its impossible for any game to truly live up to everyone's expectations... people form their own ideas of what things are going to be or what they should be.

Wisely said. But we can be sure (at least for 90%) that Bethesda won't do anything too awkward, like gender locking, this locking, that locking. Their games were always famous for the variety of everything. And a message to those who are, uuhm, "shocked" by the amount of colors. Isn't that the best thing what happened to series in the last 10 years? XD |
