So I tried to open Fallout Fake Fullscreen, but it didn't work, it just kept loading the game, it didn't even got to the main menu. So then I tried to open NVSE but this time it did got to the main menu, only to see THERE IS NO MAIN MENU, it was like if I used tm console commands, so I can't load any games, start new games, etc.

The only thing I did was uninstall the costum blackout enb NCRVet made and installing RSA.

I'm asking here before making a full reinstall of the game, since that takes time and it's such a tedious job.

Have you tried re-installing the ENB to see if it works? You should also try uninstalling RSA before doing a clean install. After i installed RSA my game crashed 4 times more often than it did before.

Could also be a problem with patches.

Already tried that and if I may ask, what patches are you talking about? For RSA?.

If one of your mods is out of date, it could cause a conflict with another mod. What mods are you using at the moment?

There's no conflict, at least that's what FNVEdit says. I'm not even mad that it isn't working, i'm mad because I don't even know what caused it to stop working. I don't think anybody knows what the problem is, especially with the lack of information I have. I'll try fixing it on my own for now and if nobody have any clue what this could be, I'll try making a full reinstall of the game.

Something like this never happened to me but I try to help somehow.

It could be a mod conflict....so disable and enable all your mods ,mod by mod.

If you can load games try to load an older save ,if it loads make a clean save.

This could be a main menu freez,I have this really often in Fallout3.Just try to run it again and again,this helped me in Fallout.

But if nothing works you have to uninstall the game,I had to reinstall my 3 or 4 times.Such bugs happen from time to time in havily moded games,so its nothing dramatical

Sounds weird indeed. I'm sure there's another fix somewhere.

I fixed it, I realised that I had a merge patch of all the mods I had, which included the version of RSA I used to have before I installed the new version. All I needed to do was to uncheck that merge patch and create a new one. Thank you for your help, +1 rep to both of you.
