So Ive noticed i have these little floating markers over some objects, they don't go away from being over the object ever so I am assuming they have a purpose but your not supposed to see them. Its a minor little thing but can get annoying when walking around sometimes. Also there isn't one for each thing they just appear for certain objects(How ever one cactus may have it but another wont so it is not per object of same model) but do not go away EVER.

I think that means theres a missing texture or mesh. Or somethings installed incorrectly. When did you start noticing them?

can't say for sure when i noticed them first but it has been awhile, my game still runs perfectly fine. And it really only happens to one cactus that i pass by a lot, my followers marksman carbine, and a few other random things here and there.

Are you using Vurts flora overhaul?

When posting, there's a small button that looks like a picture with a disk in front of it, that says host an image when you hover over it. Just click it, select the file off your drive, upload it, and copy and paste the link it gives you when it finishes into the thread or use the insert picture button to insert it as a pic.

ahhh its all coming togather now, it seems (with the gun at least) a simple bug that would be fixed should you reload the gun in first person but seeing as a companion is using it its can not right itself

No, I have no flora overhauls at all and no mods for marksman carbines.

i have NMC's texture pack

That could be it, try to disable it and see if that fixed it.

Disabled NMC and still, actually i have noticed more of them now. Also it doesnt matter what weapon Desmond has it always is there for his weapon.

Does that happen only with Desmond or NPCs in general? About the floating markers, i'm almost certain that it's a problem with meshes or textures with the game, see if there are any other mods that changes meshes or textures for vanilla structures.

I am willing to give up on this problem as it is very minor and rather fix the gas mask problem because its now made me unable to play my game.
