My game is at its peak, its running at 50 fps, i fixed the fonts, removed any troubling mods, but the thing is - when ever i set Antialiasing and Anisotropic to 0 samples (because i have enb) the changes do not save! The water is blinding!

Im pretty sure its not an ini file or Nvidia control panel - What should I do to change the graphics options?

Do you use MO2?

And do you have your ini files set to "read only"? Right click on your ini and check properties to make sure "read only" is unchecked

Typically when I have settings like this not save, it's an issue with the ini.

Yeah i was using MO1, i just transferred to MO2. Thing is I thought my shit performance was due to MO2 and not my own mods. Still testing doe, the options are now saving doe

I have had little to zero problems with MO2, typically if I do it's a load order problem which is user error not MO2's fault lol

Also, with MO2, be sure to edit the ini files in the profile folder to not be read only as well.

Should fix the issues you were having with your ini not saving at least
