Okay, so check this. Dragbody's armors edit the NPC Data, specifically the Armor portion of the data. And Fallout Character Overhaul also edits the NPC Date, specifically the Facial portion of the date. So whichever plugin is loading last, will win the conflict. If FCO loads after Dragbody, then FCO's data will be used, and not Dragbodys.
You'll need to open Both in FNVEdit, and create a patch to make them compatible. In the Patch you'll use the Armor Date from Dragbody's, and the Face data from FCO.
Play around with it enough, and you can make some very gnarly combinations.
