Now i personally did this myself it dint went so smooth as i thought it will be max out the melee skill and then cleary the Junction with it or even better with bare fists because this is the place when boys become men and also i have tried with bare hands also too much Chuck Norris style this was.

Nellis Air Force Base is one location however a few minor changes to Camp McCrran would be an excellent choice. Lots of room with buildings and such but also very wide open locations for challenge. Imagine waking up in a abandoned military base and fighting wave after wave of Zombies in a camp that size. Talk about survival
However that is more a mod addition that posting a challenge.

What other leverages are allowed?
I can already think of drugs that increase durability, attack speed, movement speed, the Super Slam perk, VATS, Ranger Takedown, perks that increase your stats while drunk...
Flynesse challenge: hit a bloatfly or a cazador mid air with a missile launcher, extra points for hitting one that's moving.
The Goliath challenge: defeat a Super Mutant Behemoth only using thrown weapons

As promised, I have finished my vid for the Beowulf Challenge. Didn't turn out near as epic as I'd hoped, fighting them goes really fast, win or lose. After doing the initial challenge, I went into their cave, fully geared, to try for more epic footage... It did not end well for me.
