Can you spawn the Desert Ranger combat helmet via console commands?

Yes you can Simply input the command like so in console.

player.placeatme xx01124d 1

The XX in front of the id number should be the number where your dlc is located in the load order.

here you go pal

player.additem xx01124d [the x's are the index number of honest hearts in your load order] should be "02"
