I wasnt sure what to title this but im sure thats good enough, anyways i really want to create a mod that would be an add on to [FNV] Spoopy Mojave by c a e k, it wouldn't use any of c a e k's assets and people would have to download spoopy mojave in order for it to work so for that reason it should be fine but just in case should i ask? Im not looking to anger anyone so i just want to play it safe. (and in case it matters the mod, if created, would use the synth armor on new npc's across the wasteland and it would essentially add synths into fallout nv)
