I was wonder is anyone has the same issue? It seems to me that the newest patch has conflict with some mods but I don't know which one exactly. Either start from Fallout 4 launcher or F4SE won't resolve this problem.

Edited: If you are getting CTD like I do, the possible explanation is that you are using the mods with its own extended script, the newest update will conflict with it. There seems no way working around until Bethesda fix it.

Have you updated F4SE? That's all I had to do.

Definitely update F4SE. I haven't updated the game myself, yet though. I feel it's just going to crash and I might as well wait for the bigger mods to update first anyway. Anyone else experiencing issues? Particularly those with larger settlement mods?

well I don't have any problems on my pc I'm using Homemaker and OCDecorator. maybe its because I'm using one of the first versions of the Homemaker IDK

My F4SE is up to date for 1.4.132. That was actually the first thing I did. I'm afraid for those who has problem just has to wait.

Edit: So I found out that the mod Robot Home Defense is incompatible at this moment with the new 1.4.132 patch at the moment.
