Actually a sticker pack is a great idea. Release on the Nexus is also a good one.

I would suggest you let some of your com-padres here who are currently playing NV or FO4 do some testing first on the mod before you release. Lot of entitled users on Nexus can sour a modder's first upload experience. Most here who have plugin space left will give you honest feed back to help.
