A staple of Fallout has been a diverse range of wildlife throughout the land. From the unaffected coyotes to the genetically engineered deathclaw. If there is one creature you would like to see a return of in a DLC, or something of the sort, what would it be?

To me I want something much more unique brought in. You have the legendary variants in both Fallout 4 and NV, but what qualities, other than increased health and slight cosmetic differences, makes them standout among the others? I hope a return of the intelligent Deathclaw sees some light. Yes, they had only a brief existence in Fallout 2 before being massacred, but who is it to say if any survived, and traveled to the east coast? Harold managed himself, so a 10 foot tall monster should no doubt as well. Plus, considering the institutes failed attempt at using the FEV may indicate there could be other projects that went unmentioned.

This could be a rare encounter somewhere in the outskirts, which other than providing for level grinding, should have more non-combative content.

This one is just for giggles, but what's the thought on a mutated Sasquatch as well. Imagine traveling at night and a event triggers. You hear a shrieking howl in the distance, in the darkest parts of the open land, unlike anything you've heard before. You turn to your compass, but no enemies are on map. You continue forward as the howl seems to approach closer from behind. A wise low level player would be wise to seek an interior environment, and wait out the night. Pressing forward the howl becomes a low grumbling growl, yet nothing on compass. You don't understand why. Quick thumps upon the ground with a tireless huffing of air as the creature approaches, and suddenly, for only those with the best perception detect it coming. From the shadows this hairy behemoth of decayed flesh grabs you shrieking into your face, throwing you to the ground. You desperately regain composure, ready to fight this decayed legend.

Two things...

#1 I'd LOVE to have the 'Cazaclaw' ...
( One part DeathClaw, One part Cazador, All parts Horrifying) 
... officially recognized in fallout cannon.
(Yep, I'm just a glutton for punishment like that. >_< )

@IIHawkerII At some point I'm sure the cazaclaw will be brought into FO4; to bring about nightmares in all the new Fallout fans.

I know it wouldn't exactly fit around Boston harbor, but if that Bull Croc was swimming around it would make the Boston waters much more interesting to explore.

Can we have some series danger in water besides mirelurk? Like mutated sharks, piranha and octopus for example. Also, adding more mutated insects like spider crawling on building. That would make the environment much aggressive.

As @gemenispark262 said we need more damn monsters in the water since FO4 has a large area of water, I'd really do hope modders add more monsters in the water. So for my idea is like sort of like this http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Mutant_mantis_shrimp

but I'd like to have a similar bleeding damage like those on the Mirelurk Queen and high damage when it hits. It can also a boss monster and can only be found south of Boston and has some smaller mutant mantis shrimp they can sneak up to you in high numbers.

We need horses, OK. That would be awesome riding around on a mutant horse with a shotgun killing supermutants, just my thought

Suggestion aside, I am pretty sure there will be creature overhaul like monster mods for New Vegas and Skyrim once CK release. Monster Mod, our only salvation for saving us from becoming god in Bethesda's RPG games.

What I have (always) wanted to see, is a Starman from the Mother Series/Earthbound. They're alien beings that tend to fight a lot like robots normally would. Teleporting, shooting beams, and making energy shields. Considering some of them talk in mechanical whirrs and clicks (again like a robot) to the player character, you could be creative and just say the Institute built them or something.

There's also plenty of variation as you get to higher levels.

In the fourth part of the movie alien, we have seen how they behave in water.
In my opinion it was, be cool!

I want to see certain places where predators spawn like in the Skyrim mod. It would be cool if predators and xenomorphs could just battle it out like in the movie

Well I dived back in my book from The History of Fallout and I can name a few creatures.

Wanamingo's I know they're added to nv by a mod but would love to see them implemented in FO4
Boom Bug's only this time around bigger so you can target them more easily.
Centaur's but the more creepyer two headed ones.
Nightstalkers, come on a dogsnake why not?
Nightkin would be awesome to make a return.
Lakelurks, they sure make weird noises.
Gecko's cause they're rather cute lol.

Not official yet: MUTANT KILLER CATS AND KILLER WHALES. Just imagine a mutant sabertooth cat.

I would like to see all of the lore friendly creatures to return .For example the centaurs .Perhaps some kind of horribly mutated super mutants ,aliens ,FEV subjects ,discarded creepy synths some abominations on the side .Idunno just something that is tied to the lore ,and that does not stand out so much .

It sounds childish but I want more Cowboy and indian themed creatures in NV. Love the motif in Nv and was a tad disapointed at just how little the variety is.
For Fallout 4 however, I suppose I want to see a fucked up creature/human hybrid at the hands of the institute or something else. I mean come on the thought alone of a blood bug + human beggin for blood and trying its hardest not to attack you is freaky or (like the Cazaclaw) Blood Bugs and Deathclaws, or Synth Claws. Why blood bugs come up so often? Because I found out that not only did bethesda make another creature to haunt me dreams (Cazador being the first) but these bugs can attach on to you and suck out your blood. FUCK THEM!
Overall, I guess I want more mutants and creepy abominations. Despite my constant attempts to keep away from bloodbugs, i find their design and nature cool. Cazadors too. Both still scare the shit out of me, but at least i can admire them from a distance.
The more messed up, the more enjoyable. Half of Resident evils goriest monsters would be a fine addition.

As awful and as much as i hate them it'd be fun to see a couple Cazadores, for the sake of a little challenge

I'm actually surprised that so far there have yet to be any actual spiders in the game. It would be pretty awesome if there were some heavily mutated giant spiders that you could encounter. Say like a giant mutated jumping spider.

I'm very surprised some people wouldn't mind the return of the Cazadors. =/ There is terrifying and annoying, those are annoying.

I wouldn't mind the introduction of some animals from a local Zoo. Imagine a pride of lions that had a successful linage that could jump at you from a patch of grass.

It actually makes me think: why are there no enemies on the roofs or on rocks or crawling out from under rocks. bethesda did you read that? Thats what you have to do. Cockroaches crawling along walls inside cellars would fit as well. How did nobody think of this? Animals dont stick to open spaces on the floor. Snakes. Why are there no snakes? Hidding in the grass pr or trees.. Maybe most of these would die in a nuclear blast but pffff who cares? as if supermuntants would happen. Check fukushima, no three headed laser wearing fishs to be found so far;)
Back to the topic. I'd love to see the insects from starship troopers:)
