So I have fallout 4, but I can't play it. I know it's probably my really bad Intel integrated graphics 4000. Is there a way I can make it not CTD because my laptop can't handle it?

running the game on intel may be impossible i got 3 to 9 fps on skyrim using intel and on my new laptop i get 40 to 50fps in skyrim and around 19fps on fallout 4 so i dont think their is any chance you'll get it to work.
also i made the title of your topic lower case and used caps where necessary and moved your topic from fallout/discussion to fallout/troubleshooting this way you may get better results

Thank you! I have Intel and I can run skyrim just fine on medium low settings.

Here is a good video detailing how to get Fallout 4 to work on Intel HD Graphics 4000. The uploader is running Windows 10 but the utility he is using should also work on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1.
