| I've had this glitch last time I had new vegas installed and had to delete the entire Data folder and reinstall it to fix it, I didn't think it would happen again but it did, will post photos https://i.servimg.com/u/f21/19/33/09/27/2015-114.jpg

I also have archive invalidation
I use FOMM or NMM

OMG Thank you I didn't think the steam overlay would be the problem but I turned it off and I think it's fixed
Nevermind it's still happening
text in menus are also overlapping and I cannot click esc
Fixed it by merging ESPs

| Never encountered this before but I would guess that you don't have archive validation.
Also are you manually installing mods or using NMM?
EDIT: Having steam overlay active is known to cause graphic issues such as the kind in your second screenshots, so I would try running Fallout NV without it to see if it fixes that. |

| Hmm... I never encountered this before but maybe you have mods that conflict with one another.
