I was curious on what you guys would think on this.

Once fallout 4 is finally realeased I think I just might delete 3 and new vegas since this is a fresh new start and Going back just won't be fun. And who knows. I might make some armor or something sometime down my road.

No, I'll never stop playing any of the Fallouts, especially since I just got TTW working! It's so awesome and I highly recommend using that mod. I keep most of my games loaded, that's why I had a raid of 6 terabytes until I lost a drive, now I only have 4TB for now but it's gotta get fixed. I just love Fallout THAT much!

Hell nah, man. I still don't have a decent enough computer to have played 3 and New Vegas with some'a the bigger mods I wanna check out.

Also I still need to get around to playing Fallout/FO2/Tactics sometime they've been sitting on my computer for years but I never touched 'em

Maybe when the game is thoroughly patched and working correctly. Which will be around after all the DLC's come out. 'till then, I'm just fine modding New Vegas. Not gonna mod a buggy-ass game. :p

Probably, playing the same stuff is mad tedious. Tho the OG fallouts were fun

Well its not like the tools will be available day 1. We had quite a stretch before we saw the CK for Skyrim, and there will need to be Blender script updates, Max import plugin updates, etc etc.

People will likely make their own tools for the game, before the CK comes out. They did for New Vegas. Dunno about Skyrim, though.

Though, I forget however complex those user-made tools were.

Call me a idiot but i already pre-bought Fallout 4, so regardless of if it is buggy im going to get my £50 out of it. So if the games good, i probably will drop the older ones yeah.

When the trailer first appeared, me and xxShepardxx were talking about it... both of us were kind of discouraged by it. We felt like it made modding the old games pointless, I guess. But I think we got over it pretty quickly.

My plan is to continue to mod Fallout 3 as my personal Mass Effect/etc sandbox, and I'll play Fallout 4 'proper' (no mods) for a while. Once we have a solid set of tools for that game, and understanding of how to do races and such for it... I'll probably start modding it as well, here and there.

But no way am I abandoning Fallout 3, I don't care how much better 4 looks.

No, I will not, as I didn't left Oblivion after Skyrim release.

Why? Because I love to make mods fo this game, I love to play the game, and I love my characters (I think they will be in F4 too, but of course they cannot be main characters there; I think they will be companions or something like that).

And as Skyrim experience shows, it takes a very long time for really good mods to appear (2-3 years), so I think I'll complete F4 storyline only after final patch release.

No i don't think i will stop playing Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 (when i buy it again this time on steam) because  its to much fun with all these mods and quests (still didn't end my second playtrough of New Vegas).

all though I love the trailer and the hype for fallout 4,im pretty sure I'll still be playing/modding fallout new Vegas for the rest of my life, theirs something about it that I just cant stay away from, love fallout new Vegas.

Nope. I will add it to line up and play all three.
I'm addicted to New Vegas. Right now I can't imagine not playing it. We will see when 4 comes. Maybe it will be so epic that I forget about New Vegas. At least for a month or so.

This ones tough. I love NV and 3 but idk man. 4's graphics so far have me hooked!

Probably yes. I stopped playing Fallout 3 after New Vegas, and could never play Oblivion after I played Skyrim. It's just hard for me to go back from improved version of something to its older version that lacks new features...

Maybe after some months or a year when Fallout 4 comes out, when more mods come out for it. Also since the Project Brazil team are determined to release their second installment before Fallout 4 comes out. Lastly their is still The Frontier in Fallout New Vegas and it looks amazing and might take awhile for it to come out, maybe even after Fallout 4 comes out.

When Fallout 3 came out I dropped Oblivion. When New Vegas came out I dropped 3. When Skyrim came out I played it for a few months then went back to New Vegas. Hopefully 4 will drop New Vegas for me-minus checking out a few mods.

It's just when I mean "drop" I mean stop playing for a long long while. I can barely play any of the bethesda's games like I used to on xbox. Cause I already done like 100% on all their games. Like read the books, computers, ect. Just everything. I'm only playing it again the pc cause of the mods. That's literally it nowadays.
