I have been using Alpenglow ENB for a while, mainly because I have not really liked any other ENB? Would anyone recommend any ENB and show some screenshots?
I tried ENB of the Apoc, Somber Enb, Desert Enb, and Old world enb but I still have yet to find something I instantly fall in love with.
For Skyrim it was RealVision Enb until I switched to Unbleak Enb.

Seeing some of your screens here and labs, I'm considering using Alpenglow when i get TTW installed.
MY personal favorite since the start has been Shrutesh's ENB of The APocalypse. Like that cinematic look with the letterbox and flim grain. Plus I never was too much of a fan for Bloom for interiors. I like a more sharpness so I reduce bloom in interiors. And the palette is cool. Only downside on that is losing lense flare effects, but I can live without it. I'm not too much for saturation either, I lean more towards more the bleak feel. And I turn off DOF.

Courier ENB, the most orange ENB ever. Other than that I've used Lone Wanderer's ENB and I guess there's Alpen-Glow ENB but only use that if you want your FPS to get bad, its really nice, but not worth the effort. There's also the ENB that URWL NV brings with it, which is what I'm using now, but I'm going to drop it, its not colorful enough in my opinion.
For Skyrim I've used Phinix's Natural ENB, Climates' of Tamriel Weather Patch ENB but I got rid of that one because it doesn't look as good as it used to and now the author doesn't want to use CoT anymore, so I can't use the new version. The one I'm using right now is Skylight ENB, which looks surprisingly good and doesn't seem to be dropping my FPS but it depends on some lighting enhancers, mainly ELFX and another one called ELE.

I don't take an FPS hit for alpenglow, too me most of the time it looks nice. But sometimes the interior lighting is a bit old, with lots of rays. I've use lone wanderer's ENB that was my second favorite but it was a bit dark.
I have also used Enb of the apocalypse but that was WAY to red for me. I did like how my armor looked like though.

E Enb tweaked. Turned off Dof/letter box and switched out the palette so I could use Realistic Wasteland Lighting.

I do not like these graphically fashion. I think that they are suitable only for the beautiful screenshots. Put only high-resolution textures.

I'm using Blackout ENB by Xilandro. That's first ENB I've installed fot FNV, and I didn't change it. Big advantage of this ENB is that's vision friendly (night and thernal). So for me it's a win-win solution. There's some screens in screenshot section using that ENB.. Regards, Aztec.

I use AlpenGlow "Sugarfree" for older binaries with a few tweaks for URWLNV. Before that I used Enhanced Shaders for Nevada Skies.
Will post screenshots once I'm actually able to link offsite. In the meantime you can hit up my flickr gallery or NVNexus images, username is the same at either of those.
Edit: Ok, figured out I can embed images just not link back to my feed yet. If you do want to check out my flickr feed, just hit my website link.
Here's 9 or so shots using AlpenGlow Retro Sugarfree slightly tweaked for URWLNV.
Spoiler:
I'll gladly shoot any conditions or setting if anybody's curious. I'd also be more than happy to share my enbseries.ini if anyone's interested.

Yeah, the truth is I don't know if its really the ENB and not New Vegas. I can run some very heavy ENBs in Skyrim with no issue but New Vegas is always stuttering even with NVSR. Going to switch to enrikiller's new ENBs, his ENBs have always been my favorite, I love their excess of orange. Makes the desert look cooler.

There's some other stuff that can affect your frramerate and how prone to stuttering your game is like if you've tweaked how many cells your game caches. Some guides will tell you to bump up those values if you've got more RAM to spare, but if you're using higher res than vanilla textures or LOD's it can cause some serious stuttering if you do.
Not a lot of folks even know that's there to tweak anymore, but I mention it just in case and that's just one of a few things; just the only one I remember specifically off the top of my head.

I don't use textures like NMCs if that's what you're referring to. As for LOD, I do use Wasteland Flora Overhaul, got 16GB RAM and since New Vegas can only be made to use 4GB I guess I've got a lot to spare.

Sounds good. You'd know it if you tweaked your fallout ini's too.

I know I haven't, except for the text that you need to add to make DarnUI work. Where can I find those tweaks?

In your falloutprefs.ini they would be something like uInterior Cell Buffer=3 uExterior Cell Buffer=36 for the default values.
I'm running 16 gigs with NMC's, Ojo Bueno, MisterDeathKill's 8096 LOD's and detailed terrains, and an ENB Injector so you should be fine.

Thanks, you always seem to know your way around this stuff. I've used an injector before, it looked weird and not quite like the wrapper version, however, is that supposed to be that way because I think I may have used it wrong.

I use injector because I've got an ATI card and runing Win 8.1. Injector really my only choice unless the new driver fixes the issue and I haven't checked yet. Wrapper shouldn't make and difference as far as I know.

I would say Realism ENB for fallout 3, still trying out all ENBs I could find in newvegas nexus though. Enhanced Shaders with Nevada Skies looks great. Saved it and stuffed it immediately after hours of use.

I use Midhrastic ENB. Althought I had to make some little changes to night settings, so that I could see something in FNV.

I just love how blackout enb by Xilandro looks and it is quite performance friendly.
