i like all the various dialogue you get in the game using your skills but this one is gotta be one of the best hands down

The best dialogue options are the ones where your intelligence is very low.

I love the dialogue between the courier and the NCR Soldier when you're recovering Ranger Morales. You can be really sarcy and cocky. It goes something like:

Soldier: "Where are you going? there are some dangerous fiends up ahead"

Courier: " Why I'm just delivering the basket of cookies to my grandmas house"

Then the soldier gives you the details about the body. You then can say something like:
"This isn't rocket science, watch and learn"

This isn't completely word for word but I couldn't find the actual dialogue without doing the quest again. I just really loved this dialogue though, it fitted my Merc character perfectly.

Not sure if I have a specific quote rather than the funny characters themselves. Some of my personal favorites are Boxcars, Troike, No Bark, Fantastic and Yes Man from New Vegas lol. Love the personalities of them as well as Doctor Borous from Old World Blues and the other sink AI units like the Book-chute, Biological Research Station, Toaster, Muggy, etc. Another favorite moment is when you tell Big Sal that "Nero never explained any of this to me when he convinced me to take you out". The dark humor during the Pitt where you say you found Wild Bill left me breathless. Also in Fallout 3 when the gate keeper dude asks why you are coming to Big Town, you can respond to him something like "I've come to loot the place, start some fires, maybe kill a few people". Or one of the other responses was "I'm the king of the wasteland, what is it to you?". Messing with the Republic of Dave was also quite funny. Another hysterical moment was when you can respond to the Tenpenny Tower guests on how you deal with ghouls like "I eat ghouls for breakfast". Or during the You Gotta Shoot Em in the Head quest when you say "The day isn't complete until I've killed something". In my opinion Fallout 3 had better humor.
