True, but I'll give the Venomous Tunnelers this, they did more damage to my char than the Trogs ever did.

True, they are pretty tough buggers. In terms of aesthetics though, there is no comparison.

No arguments from me on the looks, Trogs win by far when it comes to that.

Even if FO3 sucked, the DLC's would still save the game.

Its one of the best alterations I ever did to FNV, and I agree, Fo3 had Kick ass Dlc's

I had ttw installed on my last PC, but it just couldn't handle it. This one might just be able to rock it though.

On the Capital Wasteland vs. Mojave Wasteland note, I really loved Tenpenny Tower in FO3. Not just the tower itself, but that whole region was great imo.

That was the one area in Fo3 that I genuinely enjoyed hanging around at. Though I also liked Meresti Trainyard too.

Capital Wasteland all the way, because I think it felt like an actual wasteland. U think the Mojave just feels like a desert with mutant creatures. The only thing I think it has going for it is Vegas in my opinion. Everything else about it feels so meh to me.

There are still places in the Capital Wasteland i have not fully explored. I especially liked the experience on my first playthrough discovering Oasis way up north. It was such a grand discovery for me at the time.

the mojave is probably my favorite, but that may be the 400+ hours i have dumped into FNV. I still love the DC wastelands, i like the atmosphere, and the fact that i have been to many of its locations, makes it a favorite place. but the Mojave sill has it beat for some reason...

I'd have to go with Mojave Wasteland just because I love the desert cowboy setting.. And post apocalyptic vegas is a sight to behold as well. I will admit however that the Capital Wasteland was more of a radioactive wasteland than the Mojave.

For me i loved the built up destruction of the capital it made me feel alot more like a scavenging wanderer. However thematically mohave felt more in keeping with the classic fallout games

Comparing the two is like comparing, I hate to be that guy that uses this phrase but, apples and oranges.

The Capital Wasteland was a compact area that was supposed to be tight spaces and had the feel of being a survivor in a city. It was really ravaged by the bombs since it's the capital of America, it would've taken the harshest beating. It really felt like you weren't just trying to deal with the people that have gone insane since the bombs dropped, but you were also trying to survive the world that was ravaged by radiation.

The Mojave Wasteland was supposed to be an open and vast wasteland, it wasn't that ravaged because who is going to target a desert with an atomic bomb? It really felt like it wasn't really nuclear ravaged but ravaged by the people that survived the bombs.

They're both vastly different so they both fill a hole in the gaming industry. But Fallout 3 will always be my favorite, the Capital Wasteland just felt like there was so much more to do. In reality they're almost the same, but the Capital felt like there was more there, and THREE DOG!

I like them both just as much, so i always run TTW
Tho if i had to pick a favorite, it would be The Capital Wasteland

Capitol wasteland just because you get a since it was lived in and scavenging so much scavenging

I love the Mojave, but the first time I played fallout I spent so much time there.
