ok so fallout is the only game that has ever done this but sometimes at events it close fallout it does not x out of it just closes the tab and then open's this activemovie window how the hell do i be ride of this damn program 1 no i dont know what it is 2 it not listed in my programs list 3 what cause's it help would be very nice thank you

Could you be a little more clear with what your problem (can't really understand your description) is and maybe show a screenshot of the problem?

and im not sure how to be more clear about it i know nothing about this it just opens up when playing fallout close the fallout window and opens activemoive window

also when i close it and try to open the fallout tab again it's like lighting fast reopens and close the fallout tab again

Can you explain when the game closes? Like what are you doing in game before it does this? or is it completely random? Are you running NVSE or NVSE 4GB?

i use nvse 4gb and when it happens it's before i fire the repcone rockets with the ghouls like i walk into the zone with the control's to fire the rockets it happen there. it also happen a lot with the BBD mod Beyond Boulder Dome mod

And then it happens very rarely when just playing the game.




(edit during your new reply) to be true it happens after i play for a while and can be fixed just by going back an autosave before it's just i want to know what it is i know it cant be fallout b/c this "activemovie window" should have nothing to do with fallout i have looked for it and just cant find it in my computer anywhere it just bugs me i dont know what it it and what to get ride of it.

(edit after your new reply) i use about 100 mods with 170 plugins i make sure they all work with each other, and me useing and enb lol good one never ever could use an enb with this steam engine.

Hmm how many mods do you have installed and are you using an enb?

Sounds like a possible codec issue/conflict from what I see on Google. If you've updated any drivers/etc as of late, that may be the problem.

I have a gut feeling it MAY have to do with your 170 plugins (even if your game runs fine regardless) considering the normal load order limit is 140-145. You might wanna look into that because some of those plugins might be the source of your problem or the sheer amount of them is whats causing random crashes (You'll more than likely run into more as you progress).

Thanks DiamondDog but one last thing i have 198 plugins for skyrim and have never had a issue with it it just lags a tiny bit that's why i think it's odd that fallout does that but skyrim does not and it has more mods. I dunno it's not really a big deal just odd i'd be fine if fallout just crahed normal and not like that.

And don't use more than 150 active plugins, merge them.

Skyrim caps at 255, or the max byte value (00-FF if you know hex editing). New Vegas caps at 139, but starts to get buggy around 120 if you use mods that really task the scripting of the game, there really isn't a reason for that, it's just the way the game was made.

The greatest part of the Nexus community is that with so many people modding, there are a lot of people packing weapon, armor, and quest mods together. If you really like the work of a mod author and are running multiple plugins for each of their individual mods, you can usually go to the author's page and download a merged file that'll reduce the stress on the scripting and they will often give you more weapons or armor in the merge since they tend to include everything from the author.

The literal cap for Bethesda titles is 256 plugins I think, but where Fallout is older things get messy around 140. Not so sure about Skyrim though
