However, due to the illustrious company here, I will gladly adjust my behavior.
I am something of a modder myself, though nowhere near as talented or prolific as some, and I have a Nexus profile with this same username (if that's useful or relevant; it seems like it could be, I suppose). Most of my modding experience lies in Oblivion, Fallout 3 & New Vegas. I've made one or two extremely minor Skyrim mods, but nothing I'd consider worth sharing. In fact, in all of my modding, I've created way more mods than I've shared publicly. I imagine that's probably common, really.
I do some texturing, a little modeling in Blender, the usual NifSkope tinkering. All fairly standard.
Truthfully, I don't usually do a whole lot of posting in the forums I frequent. I worry sometimes that I could be perceived as a "leech" in situations such as these, when in actuality I'm very much more of a reader, piping up only when I feel that I have a helpful/useful/salient addition or observation to add to whatever conversation I'm interested in at the moment, so as not to "muddy the water" (so to speak).
Anyway, I recently heard about this forum and figured I'd give it a shot. It's definitely going to be a bit of a departure from my usual habits, but change can be a good thing.
Thanks in advance for being welcoming and I look forward to being a part of the community.

Welcome to the forums, and I for one agree with some of what you said. I generally read and observe, piping in when I feel I can add something but rarely otherwise.
This forum has been my most 'talkative' presence online, by far.

Thanks for the welcome.
Who knows? Maybe posting around here will get me back into a more participatory mode in general. Stranger things have happened!

I always have a hard time with introduction posts, never really know what to say other than a simple "Hello" and also tend to go about posting the same way you do as well. Though I found it a lot easier to be talkative in this forum due to how great the community is, which I'm sure you'll see
Anyways, welcome and I hope to see ya around!
