Okay, so I just installed the Onix ENB, and now I get a black screen when I start it up. I know how to install ENB's correctly, so I installed it and turned everything it said to turn off, off, then I turned on HDR but now all I can here is the title music and I see a black screen. Any help?

Never mind, it works now. Just had to try it again. If it's any consolation (I know it isn't a disappointment) I am using wrapper like I always do. But my ENB's always make my game lag for some reason. I don't know why. Theres a question I need answered.

You do realize ENB is quite taxing to your computer rig. Certain settings will kill FPS.

Yes, I do realize. But I can play the game on high with 40 fps. That is why I can't understand why I can't run an ENB effectively.

Eeeh, you are likely burning out your video card. What card do you have?
ENBs really work your system hard. Your rig may not be up to the task to effectively run an ENB. Playing on High at 40fps doesn't really sound that great. It is passable for other games but FO3/v is different. Plus it is an older game not meant to be played on our modern day computers. If I were you I would have a realist understanding that my gaming rig may not last too long with the way you are working it.
That is why I am asking about your video card. Are you overclocking it? You could go here and get some help tuning your rig; overclock.net

You get 40 fps out that? That is pretty good actually. Still I be careful with the hi res texture mods, probable be better to stick with medium especially for landscape like NMC.
If you want to see the benchmarks check them out here --> notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-8400.93720.0.html
I know, sry, I can't post links yet
The key statement that I took from the review was this; "However, many older and less demanding games will run fluently if the performance of the CPU is sufficient."
If I were you I would research a less demanding ENB just to be on the safe side.
