| So here's the story:
I installed MO today. It was alright. I used the nexus option. I wanted to use NMM eventually. So I actiuvated the offline option. Still downloaded mods to MO. I removed my login info. STILL DOWNLOADING TO MO. I got mad enough that I uninstalled it, deleting it from the FNV folder. And now when i try to... you know... install w/ manager option, the website turns into a tint of grey and nothing happens.
Any fix or am I fucked forever?

it stands for Mod Organizer. Sorry for not making that clear in the original post! |

| Did you all ready try putting it back in the FNV folder/re-installing it? In others words putting it back to the way it was before the grey tint. _________________ We'll Bang okay? |

| Try and click on that rotating icon and press rescan and let it do all the scanning process all over again and verify your folder destination then on the mod board where you can choose where the mods that are downloaded through the manager, change the folder, for example, default folder(or old folder if it's still there) c:/games/nexus mod manager/falloutnv, change it to a different folder, or just rename the falloutnv to something else then press okay(you going to have to reinstall the mods after you do this) and see if it's fixed. |

| It seems to me that all you have to do is have NMM handle the nxm links as it looks like MO is still doing it. If you still had MO installed I would say run the nxmhandler.exe in the MO folder and right click on the file path that you see and click on remove. Since it appears that you have un-installed MO completely I would say you have to get try and associate the nxm links with NMM again. It should be somewhere in the options. Otherwise you may have to look at the uninstall instructions for MO and look at where it talks about nxm links. I'm not 100% sure about what you would have to do in NMM to associate the links again as I don't really use NMM. MO is way better IMO but to each his own . This link might help as well, it tells you how to re-associate nxm links when you want to uninstall MO. _________________ |

This *snip* might help as well, it tells you how to re-associate nxm links when you want to uninstall MO. Well this would work if it wasn't for me not knowing where the NMM exe is located and I tried reassociating the nxm file with NMM but windows says it has, so that has me confused. |

| The nxmhandler.exe is located in your mod organizer folder. For example mine is located in D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Mod Organizer.
If you have deleted Mod Organizer then you may want to try re-installing it, running the nxmhandler.exe and following the instructions in the link. Once you've done that NMM should be able to handle the nxm links. There could be another way to disassociate nxm links but I'm just not sure, if anyone else knows that would just mean you won't have to re-install MO.
