Hello VGU today I have some nice advice for you guys and some of you might already have this but there is many who don't! These mods should help boost your ENB as it has for me. First thing is first, mod #1 is Clean-Deluxe NV!!! This mod removes unsightly clutter, glows, and dust. Which increases fps! It makes the Mojave kinda grassy so keep that in mind. Another mod is Performance Of The Gods, this mod removes all of the massive waves of trash that is really unecessary. This mod is one of a kind and for me made my Fallout more lore friendly, c'mon someone's gotta be cleaning up those papers. If you combine those mods you should get a lot of fps performance boost!

NVSR :

I dont know if its been mentioned but using too many texture mods can cut your fps, also using a high grade enb, Alot of downloaders don't read these sections in the readme or modders description when warned about the risk. Tweaking your graphics card system should be the last thing on your list to helping this problem. Instead try using fewer mods or choosing Medium, to Low texture mods for your game.

i personally use NVSR and anti crash,

never used POTG and clean-deluxe. thanks for the info i will try this.
i use mostly hight texture and not using ENB, but still got stutter in most crowded area with npc.
still find the best setting for my rigs.

Alright man, but hey if none of these mods help you I recommend you get a new graphics card or just uninstall those textures
(which you probably wouldn't want to do). But just know I ain't exactly an expert with computers..

Currently I only have a GTX 660ti, Im thinking upgrading to a GTX 780 maybe what do you guys other than that maybe two 770 SLI's ?

NVSR :

NVSR makes your game to stop the stutters and to do that it sets a max limit to your FPS to 30, which is great, but if you want more FPS then you could change this by going to "sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover.ini" and set MaximumFPS=30 to MaximumFPS=0. This actually helped my game getting more FPS, but I suggest to do a backup if you want to try it, just in case.
