I'm not sure if it's forbidden to post two questions so close to each other but for the longest time now these glitches have been annoying the bejeezus out of me. I installed More Perks for Fallout New Vegas and along my playthrough, I decided to pick the Powered Accelerator perk. After playing for a while using the perk I got tired of the way the character moved and decided to move the perk.
I was able to remove it through console commands but the effects of the perk didn't vanish. Whenever my character is wearing power armor I'm traveling at 88 mph through the wasteland (exaggeration but it's still really fast). I've trying to use GECK to modify the power armor stats but can't seem to find the speed regulation effect/option. Can someone explain to me where I should look (Btw I also have the Immersive and Powered Power Armor mods but before the perk they didn't affect the speed that much, making me believe they're not the problem)?
