Hi guys, i was searching for mods that add melee weapons like swords, axes or more like skyrim or gothic weapons to Fallout games.
But i have found minimal by now, so i would like to create some if possible, while i have no idea about creating weapons like millenia or other titans of modding.
So im searching for a good tutorial on how to start, and while im thinking that it will be simpler to create a sword or axe than a machine gun, so it will be a good start for me.

That millenia tutorial where he models a shotgun and imports it into NV is a good base in general for creating game art and putting it into the game. TheRizzler has a FO4 tutorial where he goes step by step on how to make a custom weapon from scratch. Xolerys & TheShinyHaxorus have animation tutorials as well.

If you want to get Gothic-style medieval weapons into the game, then grab some references that looks similar (Pinterest, Google image search, Flickr) and leverage the techniques in those tutorials. You'll need to model, UV unwrap, possibly bake a high-poly (you can just bake mesh maps using low poly), texture it then get it into the game. Once you know all the steps you're right a sword or mace is not tough at all (making it look good though is ) PM me if you have specific questions
