Im current level 70 and i have set enemies via FO4edit like SM overlord to be level 110 and calc min level 110 as well
but i still see them quite a bit, as well as other enemies like quantum tankbots wich i have set to 150lv and i still see them in boston area.
I use NPC travel wich i saw adds its new npcs and they may spawn cause of that.. but they spawn with edited stuff like HP and LV from my mod.
Also in vanilla places i see enemies that spawn and are level 100+.
So any tips please?

Have you taken a look into the Leveled NPC header?
Those entries are the keys to determine how many and at what level an NPC spawns

I have only edited the Non-Player Character (Actor) - Enc lists for example EncRaider01 etc etc..
I edited the Level, Calc Min Level, Calc Max Level wich i think are for what level they will start to spawn and what level they will be.

English is my second language but I will try my best to explain it to you.

Take the EncRaider01Melee as an example, clicking the Referenced By (..) tag at the bottom of the window should take you to Records showing where this particular EncRaider01Melee NPC is referenced. You should be able to find at least one record with LVLN signature, double click the record will take you to the Leveled NPC header with multiple entries that governs the spawn of this NPC. The entries with level input determine what NPC to spawn according to PC's level.

[EDIT] Ok so i got to Super mutant redux mod to edit the SMs. I went to EncSuperMutant07Auto (Overlord) i went to Referenced By and i saw that its referenced by LCharSuperMutant auto which has a list of all Super Mutant Auto.

I was a bit confused what they meant but now i understand fully! THANKS MAN! thanks for your time!

Hey please one more thing
Will there be any problems that i may never see them npcs spawn?
Because i set some npcs to spawn at level 150 for example..
and i know that there is this thing with area levels.. i mean will i ever see an SM overlord (110LV) now in boston wich is mid level area?

As long as you don't touch Quest-related NPCs I don't see there will be any problem
