Hello all. Came here for mods for my final FO4 playthrough(plate carrier mainly). Looks like this place is awesome and has so much more to offer.

I am a long time(old) gamer. Ex Army now I flip houses. I look forward to interacting in this community, and learning a bit while I am here. Thank you to everyone that set this site up, and those talented modders whose works I have been checking out since I have joined. Thumbs Up

@SixofSaturn - welcome to GUN. You ended up here for the same reason I did and there is another plate carrier along with the one you found to be released in the near future. There are some really good modular armor mods in the public section. Stick around and enjoy a friendly community. Everyone is very helpful.

Thank you guys! @"Tribal Raven" I just flip them right now, in a neighborhood on the rise here in Saint Louis. Though I am going to maybe rent a four family I just got in order to take advantage of Fed Historic Tax credits. In which you have to own the property and use it for its original intent for five years. Oh and yes I enjoy it, as I was contractor working for other investors for years. It can be stressful but rewarding.
