So we've got some time to kill until it blesses our screens so let's discuss game mechanics, weapons armors what not, personally I want the karma system back, even if it was useless in new vegas it was there and that added detail into the character you played as, it being gone from fallout 4 felt wrong, almost like another game... Personally.

I loved FO3 and FNV but I hated the karma system. Karma doesn't let the player decide what is morally correct and paints everything black and white.

Anyhow, Fallout 5 needs to have it's own atmosphere. Fallout 4 felt so bland, unlike the orange tones of FNV and the green tones of FO3, which made both games feel unique. Atmosphere really goes well with exploration.

@kiionohi Exactly! I love to play the badguy I like to be a force to be reckoned with in games and having the npc's fear you allows for that, it's why i liked the karma system in fallout 3 getting hit squads sent after you made me feel important like iwas shaping the wasteland for better or worse

Personally I'd like to see the skill system brought back. The FO4 perk setup just doesn't allow the level of customization - or role play capability - that the skills did. Having the rep setup of FONV would be a good addition as well assuming everyone is not either in the raider or settler factions....

Dear god, please just let the plot be better than fallout 4's lol.

Maybe 2019 or 2024
- Enough Modding Freedom and a good enough Story line to keep all old shool fans happy
and sleep alright for a few long years , Plot might also consist of mad max jokes
Maybe a Side quest where you go inside a very very old abbandoned testing facility
and find a Old worlds blues look alike machines , but instead it is only one
but with a catch , theres 3 all belonging to the same person
his mouth will be somewhere else , his eyes wont be near , nor his hearing scensors
and your quest will be to find all 3 of those machine bodies and return them to the brain
the person who is the original owner but they must of floated away
The Mouth* part... will be speaking jibberish or shouting while making
other horrible noise human-ish sounds somwhere in the facility,
with cries , moans , screams filling the dead empty rusted halls
The Hearing scensors will always run away once you get closer
so you will have to sneak ,
[optional play loud music from a radio you happen to pick up in the tutorial level]
The Eyes will just s happen to still have arms , the others having lost them
and once *he* sees you , in fear , he will turn on the security system and you will have to fight off
machines that may or may not rusted to oblivion from 200 years being shut in ,
[optional shoot out the eyes of the floating machine to be stoped]
but knowing no or not if the machines would still work , who knows maybe they broke down
Then get all 3 of those flying *somewhat body parts* to follow you via speech checks gestures and actions
Long and Deadly ass Escort Mission back to the Brain , that hapens to be controlling the facility
so it just so happens he will get a good reason to help you
And Open the Front Gates for you to Escape
While also Learning the backstory of the Brain Of the main who once used to be flesh n bone
Before the War he just happend to bring his little girl to work the day the bombs fell
He and her survived along side a few others , one being a old rival who was once in love
with his wife , but lost in the end thus in act of Revenge he kidnapped the daugther
*he never got to see her ever again and never knew her fate [she was killed]
and began experiments on him torture , mutilation , drugs and pain all the pain man knows
Making him what you the player find 200 years later [ the body is long gone thoe]
and you may decide do you scout the facility again to find the skeleton of his child [he is crazy so]
to let him know how she died at least so he may die in some Peace
Or just Destory him there and at that moment
but that would mean to Blow up the whole Facility but , if you dont
It just so happens his girl was somehow saved via an experiment
and you may try to save her but will need a certain skill to get her out
of what ever may it be holding her or it, a chamber or something
But a bunch of Bounty Hunters  will happen to enter the facility possibly having followed you
thinking theres treasure down there due to local legend or at least alot of scrap as well
as a possible bounty on your head , as people are sensetive once you shoot them and their friends
You will Face a Great Force and possibly have to decide something bigger than the World to Survive..
All and all  while being late for your porno carrer staring in New Reno the Big Iron 2

If Bethesda picks it up [again]

End of 2017/Early 2018
- The Plot will consist of a half ghoul mother or father looking for their granchild who holds the key
to cure cancer and also the Enclave is back , they want to kill everyone because they made fun
of their rabbit-like helmets
Modding will be reduced to only maps and sexy female mods only and the minimum price for the
mods will be 10$ , Fallout 5 will also be on the ITodd Toaster 2000 where you can play with your
toes while someone  is doing your nails and your snapchat will automatically detect you being
awesome and it will take a selfie of you [ with a warning ofc ] and it will be uploaded
on Bethesda.net WIP club to show off how much of a rich lad or las you are'
The DLCs are gonna be 20$ each featuring a
Visit VaultBoy Land where you will meet the Teletubies parody of fallout
but istead of teletubies its gonna be vaultboytubies , featuring the first ever vaultgirl
and the quest shall be to find the Holy Vault Boy mask that controls all of Vaultboyland
all while fighting the evil dark vaultboy who was just a misunderstood hero turned loner
Also SuperMutants are also returning , now no longer hated by anyone because all the evil
ones were killed off by a dozen by 2 drug infuzed crazy vaul.......I mean the very good dwellers
Now for the First Time in History , the Good super mutants begin their very own
their very first , Baseball Team with their very own stadium and they sell tickets to everyone
With only 1 accident of a super mutant hitting the ball so hard with his bat , it went straight
for a viewers head and killed him [while fully destroying the head and skull*
But they also sell Milk and Ice cream for the kids of the wasteland !


P.S Yes..yes I know the Grammar is sh*** its like 7.am and it was a nice idea I got
it may see Troll-like , but that was only the Bethesda part , apologies if any fans of FO4
were offended , I personally find the Plot Funny in many ways and lacking in some ways
its a good game* but not a good fallout game in my eyes , and yes I got my own views on

My thoughts about Fallout 5:

1. Bring BoS and Enclave war
2. Make scenario in Wyoming or New Jersey
3. More badasses like Great Khans
4. And make karma system decide on ending and people's fate
5. Bring back the skill and perk system
6. And the BIGGEST map i've ever seen

If Fallout 5 was truly set in New Orleans, this would be the perfect music for it.

The main character wouldn't be some Vault junky or a courier anymore. It would be a Post-Apocalyptic gang member hunting down the ones who killed his/her family and along the way discovers that there is a much bigger threat to the gangs in the wasteland; Church Of The Children of Atom.

"Bathe the world once again with holy glow, cleanse the scum, and let the sacred missiles save us from ourselves!"

Storyline:
The humanity will rise after the nuclear detonation, super mutants will be friendly and they will have families. Brotherhood of Steel will use super mutants in their army, the rest of people will cannibalize in caves with ghouls. Our grand-grand-grandmother will send us to find GECK for cure the cannibalize. But evil Enclave will use cannibals to prevent and kill our hero (he is grand-grand-grand-grandson of Chosen One)

DLC:
1. Join the Enclave
2. Be a SuperMutant
3. Far toilet paper
4. Chosen One's stash

Gameplay:
No more skills
No more S.P.E.C.I.A.L
No more perks
Only karma
No more options of dialogue
Only choose between "bad" and "good"

That is my opinion, really.
