Things like this give me hope for the future.
This is a mighty undertaking that these guys have embarked upon, but I honestly hope they keep it going. Seeing this same scene I've watched so many times reanimated in Fallout 4's engine is incredible and honestly a tad jarring. If they're rerecording some voices however, I hope they do sort out some of the more miscast roles in Fallout New Vegas. I remember more than a few characters, mainly NCR troops, having voices that didn't entirely match there looks, but then again, if they're recording all the dialogue, much respect to them regardless!

Pretty ambitious. I hope to sees it's completion, because I'd love to see it in my game folder and modded. I've seen the vid once before, but it's very nice to see some recognition from the big boys. Not that they would lend direct support. I think instead it might give the team possible access to asset's they need to integrate with the FO4 engine. Guess we'll see.

I think Doc Mitchell could look better, but it seems to me that the team have a real passion and respect for New Vegas so I think in the long run, this will be a great mod. The voice acting, music and their other designs they've shown off so far give me hope for the project.

Looking really good and faithful to the original game. Doc Mitchell sounds really close to the original as well. Amazing.

So, no intro video. I can understand that, perfectly fine. But then... 'Presented by the Fallout 4: New Vegas team'? That's just... Wrong.
Need to atleast credit the two companies that made the game you're imitating.

They did a great job recreating that opening. While I'm not planning on playing it, I've already put my time and commitment into the original one, I'm happy that people can enjoy it once it releases.

I watched it and am very impressed. It's just like the original except better with all the Fallout 4 effects and animations. I would very much play New Vegas on the Fallout 4 engine. This is looking great.

I'm so hyped.
Why do I miss that rotating head glitch all of a sudden?

Looks like what you'd hope a New Vegas remake would look like.

I am looking forward to this, i played the original NV to death on console (Without any of the DLC as well) While im guessing it will take over the entire game. I do wish it would be like a DLC. Like in fallout 4, you go to a mail station or something, get the job and then NV happens (With either all your gear, or your gear having been taken away apart from one or two bits)

Wow! It took me a minute to realize that wasn't the original voice acting, very impressive. The animation for helping the courier out of bed and pointing towards the... ahh.. the whats-it-called, was fantastic. I leaned in at that point haha. And the Pip-Boy animations were so tasty, especially liked the one for melee weapons. Can't wait to see more from the team!

My... my god. I mean... just, my god! When I heard about this project a while ago, I was excited. But after seeing this gameplay, how far they've come, how perfectly they managed to capture the look, feel and sound of New Vegas... I'm hyped to the max. I will admit, when I heard they were going to do their own voice acting instead of using NV's audio files I was skeptical at how well that would turn out. However, after watching this video I can say with 100% certainty that the voices are in good hands. I can't speak about any of the other NPCs of course since we haven't seen them, but good ol' Doc Glitchell sounds amazing. Whoever they cast for his role knocked it out of the park and into space, perhaps it's even good enough to rival Michael Hogan himself.
