Anyone know how to make the male and female head invisible of the playable character and NPCS? or make headwear or masks not show the characters head while wearing it

reason I need this is because I'm trying to replace or cover the characters head with my head swap mod, like a facemask...I mean the eyes won't move or blink and they might look a little dumb but this is my first mod so it won't be perfect...Help me please
