| So I seem to have run across a new issue that i'm not familiar with. This is my first encounter with this issue, so i'm unsure how to proceed. The water around lake mead has large invisible geometric shapes on the water. I also have a fairly stable game with only minor slowdown, and my game froze/crashed at this encounter.
Edit: my screenshots are posting all black or all white. I apologize for not knowing what i'm doing. my files are .bmp files from the nv directory, which i tried hosting here and on imgur. literally any advice is welcome. |

| @Alfaz Hello, see in my sig (troubleshooting FNV) how to do a selective loading to find the mod that adds this problem. Once you've found the mod that conflicts, load all your mods with FNV edit and right-click on the left pane / apply filter to show conflicts looser, (do not modify anything using this filter, this is for reloading only the conflicts...). Expand the sub-categories of the culprit mod until you find the datas concerning water : then 4 choices, (there may be others) modify the load order (use LOOT), do not use the mod, make manual modifications to make it compatible (important : reloading all the mods with FNVedit, not using the same session that shown the conflict looser), or delete the compromissing datas. Hope this helps. Just read the tips in my sig, there are informations, video, etc.. on how to resolve conflicts with FNVedit. Good hunting |
