I have tried all day to find a solution, but it has been difficult. I have put the d3d9.dll into the Fallout 3 directory, but then the game crashed at the start. I eventually got it to work with the proper d3d9, but I don't see any difference in how the game looks. I have done everything according to the directions, and I am using Howard ENB for DC Moods on Nexus Mods. Does anyone know a solution?

Which version do you install, wrapper or injector?. I had the problem that my antivirus program delete the d3d9.dll when i start the game. Check your Antivirus and then inspect the d3d9.dll with it. Click then on exception for the d3d9.dll .

I think the wrapper version is supposed to be safer and more basic right? You have to put a certain 3 things in the launch folder not the data folder. That might be the problem but for me still i dont know because my pc too weak to process those gorgeous ENBs lol
