So I've been going through and trying to fix a stretching issue with the mesh of my spartan armor.

I've gone and messed with the weights (through deleting or altering) and although I sometimes can get rid of the stretching, by that point the shoulder and the back of the shoulder look like blocky, clippy messes. What can I do to resolve this issue while maintaining quality? Kind of at a loss.
