Just in the last little while, my character would randomly drop dead. I looked into it, and apparently I was suffering from Dehydration, but with no warnings at all, because I have hardcore mode off. I went and tried turning it on, turning it back off. Going to a previous save, and nothing seems to work.

Looking at effects, I see Sunset Sarsaparilla listed, and it's h20+50. Which I don't understand, because I haven't been drinking them.

EDIT: I don't know what fixed it, but rebooting the game multiple times, it eventually undid itself.
