I make damn sure I get the best possible ending for each companion, I wish FO3 and the TES games had companions like the ones in New Vegas, but alas they just keep making them merc for hire type characters with only a small sprinkle of backstory if any at all.

veronica raul boone and cass.... the only companions in game i actually run with all time.. >.<

If were talking base game boone. he will always be with me. For a mod it has to be willow over time you come to love how corky she is. Its a really well made mod with alot more than just a companion.

Veronica is a Brotherhood of Steel Scribe, although it is never mentioned what scribe order she belonged to.

for vanilla companions though it would have to be veronica, something about her strikes me the right way

Boone because he was the first compaction I had in a Fallout game and modded it would be Russel he kinda reminds of the hound from game of thrones

It would have to be Rex for me because you have to help to fix him and you choose what type of brain he has. I also like idea the wanderer and his dog traversing the wasteland.

Boone is my favorite. He's my first companion in NV when I start a new game. He sniper skill is great and I personally like his story.

Most I like Non-Human companion more than human companion. For me Rex is my choice. I like dog and I like the way he knock the enemy down to the ground in combat.

My favourite Vanilla companion is Veronica because of how she just punches shit and it makes me laugh

Bryan Wilks and Lucy West companion mods from FO3. TTW wouldn't be complete without either of them.

I take ever Boone with me, but i like Arcade, and Veronica for their secondary quests.
I must try some good Mod companion.

Well, I never really run with companions. They always get in the way. If I did have companions, I would have Boone and ED-E. Boone's spotter perk is very useful for me since I like to stay back and snipe, while ED-E is just cool because he's a robot.

My absolute favorite companions? Whatever guns I'm carrying at the time.
(I've got a whole folder of companion mods I haven't quite needed yet..)
I find they get in the way most of the time...and at the worst moments.
I do want to try out the Deathclaw Commander soon though..and Willow too,at least for Pandora (my android)since she's at the point where I could go do a small group of quests and end the game or just have fun with quest mods and random encounters...

Willow, hands down. Love her story, Love her character, Love her looks. XD

I usually walk around with either Willow and Cass (or veronica, which ever i reach first honestly)

Or Willow and Boone.
But willow being small rifles and boone being bigger rifles, I rarely have to even pick up my weapon so it can get quite boring or annoying. XD

Uff i want Sergeant RL-3 in Fallout New Vegas, anyone know a similar mod to have an Ardito like companion?
