hello vgu i had this mod before but not on my current lap top, this mod was simple but cool when you take off a ead npc's clothes by accident then put them back on the dead npc's will wear them!
if anybody has a link to the mod please post here

The only mod I know that allows you to equip clothes on dead people is corpse equip as hopper31 mentioned. Let us know if that is the one you are looking for.
