For a while now i have been having a problem with the lever action rifle in fallout 4. I have no mods directly effecting it (Apart from a mod that integrates it into the commonwealth).
The problem is that in first person, i cant reload. I press the reload button and nothing happens apart from the character moving the gun down a bit then back into position. However in 3rd person it reloads normally

What's your mod order list?
That would help, it is probably caused by a mod that has changed the weapon reloading setting or something else.
