| [FNV] Assault rifle and hunting rifle missing wrong textures problem Hi all, I have a problem wherein New Vegas the hunting rifle and assault rifle have incorrect/missing textures. The problem with the assault rifle started today, and the hunting rifle a few months ago. I've reinstalled the game, original BSA textures, uninstalled mods that are possible and worked with archive invalidation. My load order and photos have been attached. I'm using mod limit fix, enboost, 4GB patcher, NVTF, etc. Any advice or help appreciated. | So, if you know when those textures started having problems, did you add any texture mods or mods overall to your load order which might affect these certain textures or weapons? It's pretty unusual that they start acting strangely wihtout adding any new mods. _________________ Walking down an unknown road |

| I've added the base game textures. Mind you that this hasn't happened before, it only occurred yesterday. I tried a retexture of the assault rifle to see if that will fix it and nothing. I even went to removing the entire meshes and textures folder along with disabling all .esp files and still the same thing happens. I obviously put the meshes, textures folders back in the game. Since I have checked all possible culprits my only assumption is that the wrong texture is mapping to the wrong weapon. I'll try to revert to an older save and see if it still does that. My last resort is to reinstall the New Vegas Data folder which was what I was thinking of doing since I don't want to have to waste 8 hours installing TTW, same process solved an issue with the gatling laser backpack showing the wrong textures. _________________ |

| I guess this might happen if multiple mods are using the same weapon somehow. Since you are using TTW and I'm not, I can't tell anything about that. You could always check with NifSkope if textures are in the right folder. This is the reason why I have the whole Data folder backup, even if it takes over 47Gb of hardrive space. _________________ Walking down an unknown road |

| some parts of your static form for those guns arent referring to the right textureset.
open the offending mod, and look for the 1stpersonhuntingrifle and 1stpersonG3assaultrifle or something along those lines static, click EDIT on the model input box and make sure the nif nodes are pointing to the right textureset and save. |
