Hell yeah, peeps! Looks like someone finally found a way to fix the Lever-Action Rifle reload! I guess this means that there's hope for a Pump Action shotgun?

Was wondering the same thing why Bethesda did that, or did they just overlooked it? It's weird. Some says the game engine (New Creation engine!) can't handle it but the New Vegas' engine flawlessly implemented it. :/
