I have the box checked in profiles, I went into the workarounds and unchecked "Force -enable game files" and put the Fallout - Invalidation.bsa at the top. I don't know if I'm missing something here.

Edit: I even just tried deleting Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini and verified files, still doesn't work. Some guns from the Weapon Re texture Project and my characters body (using roberts) is a little wonky. Probably other things I haven't noticed yet,

EDIT 2: So it turns out those two mods had their own issues that needed to be addressed.
