I don't know why but thers Fallout 3 masters in my fallout nv load order, i installed TTW that may have something to do with it but i cant play anything because im missing the Fallout 3 esm....any help is appreciated.

The two esm's are Anchorage and broken steel.

TTW adds edited FO3 masters to your FNV install, otherwise you wouldn't be able to play in DC through the TTW mod. If you're only seeing 2 other FO3 .esm files, then you need to be sure you have all the DLCs for FO3 and FNV...

If you don't have all the masters I listed, then you're missing things that you need for TTW to function...

hmmm....i only have anchorage and broken steel i have goty...

It looks like TTW might have installed incorrectly. You might need to reinstall everything (unfortunately). TTW is a WIP and can be fiddly. You might actually might be able to get away with just rerunning the TTW installer. I can't imagine that would cause any issues, but you never know. Might as well try before resorting to a clean install.
