So hello guys and girls.

What i want with this is to know how you like and play your game. Doesn't matter if it is 3, NV or 4. No need to talk mod's names, nor too much detailed descriptions, but be welcome to talk as you want. Also i don't mind if people ask for mods or want to list them here, actually i like when people do so.

I'll start, and be an example:

The world must be harsh and living in it must be tough. No green and overgrow flora, but not all dead environment too. The weather is crazy: snow, rain, radstorm, acid rain and some other weird things can happen. But after all, we can live without much problems, and have purified water and grow crops.

Adventuring is deadly. Guns do a lot of damage and bigger animals and monsters must be kept far away. No more hugging DeathClaws in Power Armor. Ghouls are a really pain in the glass, as they are fast and only die quickly with shoots to the head. Synths are best to avoid, or try a hundred times and be killed all of them :p
Finding goods, ammo and weapons is not that easy, and i often run out of ammunition. Sometimes i even need to drink radiated water from lakes and rivers, because stimpacks may recover the body but dehydrate too much. Staying clean of radiation is difficult too, aside from the side effects from using meds, it always comes in high values. Life may be difficult, but at least i can write a Holotape/diary. Or use one of the varied chems to get high. Maybe.

Before finding Diamond City, more than one time i almost gave up, crippled, hungry and thirsty, without a good place to rest or to find help. Now things are getting better, but staying too away from settlements can ever end bad.

Mods make Bethesda games for me. The vanilla is too easy or too unrealistic, and killing anyone with a good shot to the head (and the same happening to you) is better for me.
I dislike being the god of the wastes (or in any game, i just lose interest if i become much strong), and do not use power armor, almost all the time. So, my character is frail, and if i do not seek cover, certain death.
There is only ONE thing i am thinking of changing. It is ok for me to dehydrate with one stimpack, but the need to drink 10 bottles of purified water is way too much lol
I already limited the HP amount of water (still need to do it with food), so i'll mess with FO4Edit a little more to discover how to increase the 'satisfaction' of water haha

Oh, and xp gain is low, and i am still low level. Don't think things will change too much

My fallout 3 and NV gameplays were almost the same.

A whole lotta dust and rubble, collapsed skyscrapers, it was a nuclear apocalypse and you're telling me the sky is blue and healthy? Naw. Head shots do immense damage, limbs get crippled easily, you can climb obstacles and have better ways of movement like parkour. Guns are homemade and suck. Outfits are tattered and dirty. Supermutants and ghouls are super spooky. New mutated animals and insects are yuuuge and gross. Canned food and dirty water are more common considering that the only clean form of sustenance would be from vaults, bunkers, and shelters.

Although this stuff would be really realistic and bring immersion it probably wouldn't be too fun.

@"SuperChunkChief" hahaha sometimes too realistic games are a bit hard to play. Here sometimes i get angry because i can't kill something, but then i just walk away and 'be happy'
And so... which Fallout are you playing? I was thinking about this 'parkour' :p

The only thing keeping me away from installing a complete dead wasteland overhaul is because i like to see some clean weathers haha

@Di3sIrae Oh about the parkour thing I just thought it would be a cool idea. But there's this overhaul for Fallout New Vegas called Obscurum Pandemic on the nexus and I think it makes the game feel like an actual nuclear apocalypse.

Obscurum Pandemic is super difficult though I can't remember how many times I died haha. There's a couple of playthroughs of it on youtube by NCRVet and AlChestBreach.

This Obscurum Pandemic seens to be very good, dying in my gameplay is almost a need for me to have interest in it lol
But i don't think i'm going to play NV... I don't know why but my gameplays takes a lot of my time and almost nothing done in the game, so i can not start another gameplay haha

I added in a couple mods that add more NPCs spawns and one that adds higher powered weapons (War of the Commonwealth and Modern Firearms/Sidearms). Needless to say exploring is a much more cautious affair with lots of sneaking. I still get gunned down very often. I thin I probably would have put FO4 away if wasn't for all the mods.

I like a wasteland that's full of activity. Plenty of wreckage and destruction, but signs of recovery and rebuilding. I like to see when old world objects or locations have been re-purposed by the current inhabitants.

A fight with 6 raiders already can end in some loads and a dehydrated and crippled character, imagine having lots of them at every corner hahahaha
Well, i do not consider myself a hardcore player... and i am bad at shooting fast... and, well... "oh, it would be cool to kill that guy in 3rd person with my shotgun, he is almost dying..." - get killed - lol

And i like to see some empty places sometimes... good to think about life haah
