This just put a huge grin on my face! This gives me even more hope that Obsidian is working on a new Fallout project. If this is true, I only hope that they aren't rushed through development this time. I also can't wait to see what tweaks they will make to the engine and UI.

Wait i remember seeing something like this before a long time ago ..   That it wasn't for Fallout but a different game altogether.

Combine the great story/world building tactics that New Vegas set up, and have it running on Fallout 4's engine?

It's not Fallout, I don't know why this news is popping up again but this is old and it was confirmed it has nothing to do with Fallout.

After looking at some more and seeing that it was debunked as fake, yeah, it is most likely not a new Fallout by Obsidian. *SIGH*

The pic of the books was posted months ago, but the trademark is very real.

If they make it ,I just hope they will not make the same mistakes as bethesda did when making FO4.

Sounds like it would be awesome! I doubt its authenticity though unless it comes directly from obsidian ill consider it fake. That being said

If it is true lets just hope that Obsidian try's to sneak in some lore about what happend in New Vegas (Battle of Hooverdam and who won and such)....also mutated Alligators.....that would be sick

Oh yes please! I've been waiting for another fallout game by Obsidian since New Vegas. I just hope (if this is real) that Bethesda will give them enough time to finish the game instead of what happened to New Vegas. I am curious about which ending would be considered canon in both New Vegas and Fallout 4..

The trademark is real, however until the trademark fee is paid the information of the person/company that filed it is hidden.

It would be awesome for Obsidian to make a Fallout, but New Orleans reminds me too much of Point Lookout and Far Harbor. I would rather have someplace snowy, or someplace in a different country.

Probably not in development, but you never know. Two years from now you might prove me wrong. A New Orleans Fallout is something quite interesting, but Obsidian better have more development time if they ever got their hands on it. They also should add new factions based on the area. Written well and have the option to visit brothels

I dearly hope this is true, though some sites seem to be disputing it as likely fake. Can't the patent be easily checked or something?
