Does anyone know what the issue may be here? I have both Fallout Character Overhaul and New Vegas Redesigned 3 installed, and Kilborn is the only character to have the issue (so far).

FCO had a complete overhaul, and New Vegas Redesigned used some assets that are no longer in the file !

Here is the full list of files you have to create :

Just copy some folder and rename them to match these one... If you don't think you can achive this, I COULD maybe help you... eventually XD I'm a bit busy IRL.... So if you can't fix this yourself, you'll have to wait quite a long time before I manage to help you out ! XD

Looks like a missing texture. Did you install the correct version of FCO for NVR 3? I think it's the FCO 2.3.1. You might want to check out TheHermit's tutorial on installing NVR 3:
