If we're talking Sci-Fi, and if it includes droids also then I'm going to say R2-D2, if it doesn't include droids then the Terminator.

I love the securitron MK2 they have powerful weapons and could crush every faction in the Mojave desert.

All the robots look like shit in Fallout 3/New Vegas, bar maybe the Robobrain

They're all equally cool looking in FO4 IMO
