So i have not been able to get any npc or follower to go to Finch farm from the castle when i have my charisma and local leader perks maxed out and only 3 settelers at finch farm and 23 at the castle and i am wanting to send some of them to finch farm so i can make food at finch farm and also i have about 7 Recruitment beacons set up and i waited about a week for my settlers to come and npc that i sent but nothing and no one came...
Also there is this weird glitch where my settlements stat all go down to zero//

You can go to workshop mode and point at the NPC at a settlement then click R(default button for Move, otherwise you can look down at the button help bar below while in workshop mode), and simply select where you want that Settler to go. I don't think building many beacons can help you get more Settlers.

I select for them to travel to finch farm in the workshop menu but after days in-game none of them show up...

@XRhino When you highlight them in Workshop mode and select the "Move" option. Does a window pop up where you can select where you want them to go? If so, and you click that location, does the population counter for the Castle reduce by 1? If not, then something may be wrong with the Castle and not Finch Farm.

Multiple beacons will not increase the rate of recruitment considering they'd all be operating under the same frequency for that settlement.

Are you using any workshop/settlement mods? I have not heard of or seen anything like the settlements dropping down to zero. I will check back later, I've spent a lot of time playing with settlements so hopefully I can help you.

Yes i am using the place in red mod and unlimited settlement option but i dont know how to turn unlimited settlement options off @Evmeister

If they're both cheat engine you should just be able to close cheat engine. You could also quit game, close cheat engine, and then restart the game but not use cheat engine. Or did you use this one http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/818/? if so he lists a way to return it to default.

Place in red has its uses however I tend to use the no clipping (tcl) command more often then not.

Unlimited Settlement and Place in Red is already off when you restart the game. And I am quite sure those mods have nothing to do with Settler not travelling to that place. It took me 4 days in game to get a Settler to come over. Or you could try and move that Settler, THEN use the console command, click at that Settler, then fast travel to the site where you want to move your settler to, then type moveto player into the console.

But when i do the moveto player command after i leave the settlement or sleep for and hour they disapear and end back up at the castle some how. BTW thanks for the help

Does the population increase at the farm when you assign them? Or Decrease at the Castle?

None they both stay the same population.

I assume you have tried sending people to Finch from another settlement?
