I know Fallout 4 isn't the best Fallout it's more a COD/Minecraft clone with the Fallout label on it but then i started thinking about Fallout 3 and it's DLC The Pitt and how i enjoyed the over all tone ov a Industrial city ov raiders making their own ammo, armor weapons etc reminded me a lot ov the Smokers from Waterworld anyway back to the point after all the DLC came out for Fallout 4 and seeing what was at the fingers ov the modding community along with the release ov the Tribal power armor i wanted to ask would a PITT large scale city settlement world space be possible?
